Save percentage in an NLL season (2005-2025)

What the heck happened to save percentages in 2019-20? The numbers jumped considerably. Put it this way - the top four numbers in history were compiled that season. I have no idea what happened. Great year for goalies? Different equipment? New statistical method for counting shots? I don't think I can blame the short season for it, unless goaltending gets worse as the season goes on. 

Since then, the goaltending has still been good, but not that good. Nick Rose is the exception, popping up at No. 2 after a fine 2024-25 season for Toronto and Calgary.
