Most individual points on a non-playoff team (2002-2019)

I saw this category a little while ago, and never had considered it before. What player in recent NLL history scored the most points in a season for a non-playoff team?

My guess going in was that, because of the increased number of games per season, it would be a player from a recent team. Looks like I was right. It will take me a while to go backwards and get everyone, but let's take a look at what I can find for now. Two new names are in the top 20 from this past season:

Player - Team - Season - Points
Rob Hellyer - Toronto - 2016 - 113
Rhys Duch - Vancouver - 2016 - 111
Curtis Dickson - Calgary - 2017 - 107
Dhane Smith - Buffalo - 2017-18 - 105
Rhys Duch - Vancouver - 2015 - 103

Cody Jamieson - Rochester - 2016 - 99
Dan Dawson - Rochester - 2016 - 95
Rob Hellyer - Toronto - 2017-18 - 93
John Grant - Rochester - 2008 - 92
Lewis Ratcliff - Toronto - 2008 - 92

Dane Dobbie - Calgary - 2017 - 89
Adam Jones - Toronto - 2017-18 - 89
John Tavares - Buffalo - 2002 - 88
Cody Jamieson - Rochester - 2018-19 - 87
Tom Marechek - Philadelphia - 2003 - 87

Logan Schuss - Vancouver - 2016 - 86
Ted Dowling - Montreal - 2002
Corey Small - Vancouver - 2016 - 84

John Grant - Rochester - 2010 - 83

Pat Maddalena - New York - 2007 - 83
Pat Maddalena - Arizona - 2004 - 83
Mitch Jones - Vancouver - 2018-19 - 83

That's 18 years' worth. We'll see if I can come up with some new names eventually, although it will get tougher going in back in time as the schedule shrinks. .
