NLL Special Teams Opportunities (2010-17)

Here's another way of looking at special teams, stolen from hockey:

Does a team have more power plays than penalty kills? If so, the team must be doing something right. Here are the rankings for 2017, in which two teams made the rest of the league look good:

Team - PP - PK - Diff.
Vancouver - 84 - 68 - +16
Colorado - 74 - 63 - +11
Georgia - 99 - 89 - +10
Toronto - 90 - 80 - +10
Saskatchewan - 91 - 82 - +9
Calgary - 98 - 92 - +6
Rochester - 77 - 78 - -1
Buffalo - 73 - 104 - -29
New England - 65 - 95 - 30

The five best figures in 2010-17:

Team - Year - PP - PK - Diff.
Toronto - 2010 - 94 - 56 - +38
Colorado - 2011 - 100 - 68 - +32
Edmonton - 2015 - 103 - 75 - +28
Toronto - 2013 - 91 - 65 - +26
Saskatchewan - 2016 - 102 - 79 - +23

And the five worst figures, topped by two teams from 2017:
